School Supplies and Food Drive -- July 19 through August 20
Bring school supplies and food for Worth Township to distribute to area students in need.
Book Discussion Group
Our meetings are the first Thursday evening of the month at 7 P.M. (Note: Group does not meet during January and the summer months.) Contact the Adult Services Department for information about joining the group.
Society of Lifetime of Readers
Another reading club, the Society of Lifetime Readers, is open to all Library District residents aged 18 and above. No time restraints are placed on you; you can read at your own pace. Prizes are awarded for reading 25, 50, 100, 200, 400 and 800 books. Sign up in Adult Services.
Computer Classes
Computer classes will be offered again in the Fall of 2010. Each computer class is $10 non-refundable. This year our classes are offered on a "first-come, first-served" basis. The first 15 people to sign in and pay at the Reference Desk on the day of the class may attend. Meeting room doors will open at 9:45 A.M. John Hojek is the instructor.
